Colliers International Structural Changes

We would like to inform you about some structural changes and new appointments in the management of Colliers International Advisors Baltics.
Following global M&A processes in 2009, when Colliers International merged with First Service and became second biggest real estate advisory firm in the world, Baltic’s and Belarus operations teamed up with Nordic Europe region, and joint recourses with Colliers Norway. This partnership allows us to enhance the range of services demanded on the market such as real estate asset management, distressed portfolio relief services, hotel operations and asset management, property management services introduction to the regional players, private equity and commercial financing raising services in the Baltic States region.
We are glad to inform that following leading directors of Colliers International have accepted the challenge to become Colliers International Advisors (Latvia) Partners:
Deniss Kairans, Regional Director, Commercial real estate department, Baltic States and Belarus,
Olga Kozina , Regional Director, Capital advisory department, Baltic States and Belarus, and
Marija Kapelka, Director, Consulting department, Latvia,.
Deniss Kairans who joined Colliers in 2005 has become a new Managing Director of Colliers International Advisors (Latvia).
Mihails Morozovs, the founder of Colliers International in the Baltic States & Belarus, will continue to lead regional partnership as Chairman of Shareholders council of Colliers International.
Some Personal Details
Deniss Kairans is responsible for all the brokerage activities with Tenants, Landlords, Vendors and Buyers in commercial real estate segment. He is an active player for Colliers International EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) office and industrial practice groups and is responsible on Colliers International corporate clients within Baltic States region and Belarus. Deniss is key account for the number of Colliers corporate clients in commercial real estate department in the region, e.g. Nordea, Swedbank, SEB, REGUS and others.
Olga Kozina is responsible for managing investment projects within the Capital Advisory Department in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Belarus. With her experience in transactions and her credibility with a large number of international investors and major players in key markets, Olga is ensuring that Colliers International clients have tailor made corporate solutions, thus reaching maximum possible effectiveness and the best results within client target needs.
Marija Kapelka is in charge of valuation and real estate consultancy services, such as concept planning, highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies and master planning consultancy of real estate development projects. During her 5 years of work in Colliers, Marija was involved in significant number of large scale mixed use, office, retail, industrial and hotel real estate development projects with total land area of more then 300 hectares and total planned gross building area exceeding million sq m. She has deep knowledge and experience, providing strategic real estate advice solutions to Colliers Corporate clients on real estate assets and portfolios.
