A rent agreement between Jysk and SIA Tand Jelgava has been signed and we have found a very good temporary solution that fits our business needs.

Holding Company Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss (LNK) is cooperating with Colliers International in the field of construction, production and real estate development.
Our cooperation began with the development of the A Class Office Centre project. Colliers’ employees have been working at the project since the very early stages. They performed comprehensive analysis of development at the territory of Alojas and Valdemara Streets , where designing of the Centre was started. At the design stage, Colliers took an active part in working with the architects and gave a lot of valuable advice for planning, the security system, logistics of transfer of people flows and other issues, which, in our opinion, have allowed the project to achieve the most up-to-date requirements for this sort of structures. At present, Colliers’ specialists are engaged in such activities as marketing and providing of lessees.
The positive experience derived from the first project has become a sound argument for starting a new project – the Logistics Centre at Granita Street . By now, preliminary investigation of the territory and interaction with the architects and designers has been performed.
In conclusion, we would like to emphasize that Colliers’ activities are distinguished with high professionalism, competence in working with customers and conscientious attitude to the task at hand.
