Colliers International Moscow has won a tender and been chosen the Strategic Advisor for the Luzhniki Olympic Complex area development and sports facilities reconstruction program. Strategic consulting services on the part of Colliers International will be provided by the company’s key professionals in Moscow and London.
Moscow Consulting team headed by Olga Moussienko coordinates a consortium of consultants together with Richard Tibbott, who leads the Colliers International London Destination Strategy team, and defines the overall strategy of the sports complex’s territory development.
In London a special team of real estate “destination consultants” work on highly specialist projects ranging from the regeneration of cities, (Glasgow, Cardiff and Manchester in the UK) to National Museums & Heritage projects in many countries and major sports destinations such as Medeu-Chymbulak Almaty KZ, the London 2012 Olympic Park, & London’s Wembley & 02 Arena, the English Football Association National Centre of Excellence, Manchester Sports City and for several English Premiership clubs.

Mott MacDonald, a leading international cost and engineering consultant, will perform cost analysis and take part in engineering work in the stadium and the adjacent area. Mott MacDonald has participated in project development for major new generation arenas including Glasgow Velodrome, Wembley Stadium, Aviva Stadium in Dublin, and Gdansk Stadium. It has been operating in Russia for 15 years.
