Euromoney: Colliers International is the Best Real Estate Consultancy Company in Latvia
The influential financial magazine Euromoney this week has published a list of what it considers to be the most outstanding real estate consulting companies in Latvia. Experts determined the best companies by interviewing real estate developers, consultants, investment specialists, bankers and corporate clients. Companies were evaluated in several categories – market research and analysis, transactions, assessment, as well as legal and tax consultations in relation to the real estate market.

Euromoney selects the best real estate consultancies in more than 50 countries each year. The study was conducted between March 17 and June 15 of this year – the seventh time that it was run.
